Dr. Link is a fabulously competent and confident neurosurgeon. We first met him as a gamma knife surgeon 9 years ago. With that kind of surgery, the "proof" that it worked is that the tumor has not recurred🤗 With the current "hands-on" surgery, he was very honest about a 50-50 chance of needing rehab. My husband is doing rehab, but in some ways is already better. We are looking forward to going home and resuming a more "normal" life. Dr. Link was extremely thorough in explaining the whole process of my surgery beforehand. He instilled so much confidence in me that I never felt anxious about my forthcoming surgery. Even as they were wheeling me into the operating room. After my surgery, everyone was amazed at how quickly I was recovering. It has been six days since my surgery and I feel great!
