Brian was quick and skilled in his work. He listened carefully to understand the water damage issue and clearly explained what needed to be done, along with the costs involved. He also noted that if he found more serious damage, the repairs might take longer and be a bit pricier. Luckily, it turned out to be just the restoration of water damage caused by two toilets upstairs. Brian worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness he displayed during the process!

The team did an outstanding job drying out our kitchen and garage after a water line leak. From Melvin, who explained the entire process in detail, to Brian and the crew who removed the damaged floors and drywall and set up the drying equipment, every person was skilled, dedicated, and very flexible with my schedule. I won’t hesitate to reach out to 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in the future. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again, but they did a fantastic and thorough job.

The team was fantastic! Even though significant repair work was necessary to address the water leak, they listened to my concerns about the cleanup. They promptly took care of everything, including setting up a dust containment barrier and impressively keeping a fully functioning sink during the entire process. The crew demonstrated great professionalism and efficiency throughout the cleanup. I would certainly reach out again for any future water damage restoration needs in Richmond.

I had a fantastic experience with 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! They responded quickly to help with a leak that came through our ceiling due to an unexpected AC condensate overflow while I was away. After another contractor handled the necessary asbestos abatement, they did an excellent job with the repair work. Late one night, we experienced a broken toilet connection that caused flooding in four rooms of our home. We reached out to a water damage restoration service due to their quick response promise. Brian and his assistant arrived at our place shortly after and worked diligently until the early morning to remove the standing water and set up drying equipment.
