Edit: update the billing manager apparently did not like me calling her out on not doing her job correctly. She sent me a passive aggressive letter with more billing that isn’t correct. It’s not my fault and apparently not hers(according to her from previous conversation, she just started there in January)because the person before her screwed up my billing so bad, but I am not paying a dime to that office. Friendly staff and a quiet/comfortable waiting area. All around pleasant experience with every check up. Great flavor selection for varnish too!
I have been going to Michael for a long time (since about 2012-2013, so over 10 years) and I can say honestly that he is one of if not THE best dentist I’ve ever had. Up until 2021, I would come in every 6 months. The staff is always so polite and friendly and eager to help, and Michael is also not the type of dentist to push things that don’t need to be done.
