Super patient, flexible and knowledgeable agent. We have bought 2 houses through Mike. There’s no one better in Seattle!
Mike Good has been consistently selling houses in my neighborhood for many years. We chose him for his experience and we were right to do so. He knows the best people to help you get the job done — house cleaners, window washers, stagers and photographers — Mike recommended them all and they did a great job! Mike is very easy going and made what we anticipated to be a very stressful event go extremely smoothly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled realtor.
Mike is an absolute expert in real estate. He knows the business, understands market velocity and gets deals done. Not surprised that he gets so many referrals.
Mike is a skilled, knowledgeable and very competent broker. He took excellent care of us and our deal went through without a hitch thanks to Mike. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.
