Great facilities with good customer service and professional doctors with knowledgeable assistant
Staff was great during the procedure. However, I was told that my insurance covers the basic lenses surgery. Well, that was not true. I had not met my deductible yet, so my out of pocket expense was $1500.00 more than I had budgeted for. They also upsold me, which I knew would be an extra cost per eye, to the lenses for astigmatism and said I would only need glasses for close up. That is not the case. I still need glasses to drive.
I am incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by every single member of your staff. From the moment I began my journey with PCLI, I was treated with the highest degree of compassion, respect, and professionalism.
