My Experience with this practice could not have been better! I was in so much pain in my wrist and thumbs when I went to see Dr. Garcia. The pain was significantly disrupting my life and now, after having CMC surgery on both hands last year, I can do things I haven’t been able to do in years and with no pain. Dr. Garcia and his staff are kind and professional. They let me know what to expect and how to contribute to my own good outcome. I followed the plan and my hands feel great!
He may be a great doctor, but his office staff Has no compassion when somebody has to wait an hour and a half to see Dr. Garcia and all I asked them to do is take a look at a report that another doctor had ordered to see if a procedure that my daughter who is an orthopedic surgeon in another state recommended would work without coming in and waiting another hour and a half to see him and then having to get a pre-authorization and then make another appointment to get in see him. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and my appointment ran smoothly. Extremely happy with my visit.
I visited Dr. Michael Garcia and his team for the first time today at the Fowler Ave location. The whole experience from front staff to technicians to the doctor and his resident was highly professional and efficient. The facility is beautiful and has everything you need in one place. I feel confident I will see a great resolution to my concerns.
