02/24/26. Had an appointment scheduled, was recognized immediately and received a friendly greeting from both Brandy and Bridget, was treated by medical tech Jessica and NP Elsie. All were very friendly and professional. Actually visiting this practice is a pleasure.

1/28/26, had an appt with Dr. Wallace as a follow up from previous surgery. Dr. Wallace also took a biopsy of another spot. His tech “Tiana” was very professional, she properly numbed the area so that no pain was experienced and had excellent bedside manner. It was nice to be treated so well by this practice/staff.
CANT ANSWER PHONES . AI will like take there jobs. Can't wait till lazy people that can't awnser get replaced by a program with no paycheck or like baby's. Yea its coming. I have been using Michael J Freemsn Dermatology for a year and Dr Wallace and his staff are top notch- all are very friendly, helpful and professional. I am very pleased and impressed with Elsie Dr Wallace’s PA. Elsie is very thorough and knowledgeable in her work. Victoria, M.A. is also quite helpful.
