Place is amazing dr Wallace listens and does excellent work this is the best dermatologist place to go to staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very sweet and helps they also give samples if you have acne
Should go here only if you don’t mind waiting. I arrived for my appointment early and checked in. 50 mins after my time they called me back. Then sat in the room for another 30 mins without seeing anyone. I finally got up and left. There are plenty of others out there that don’t treat their patients that badly
Not sure what happened after Dr Freeman left- but this office is a MESS. Never answer phones, and if they do, leaving messages is POINTLESS because you will NOT get a call back. The staff is clueless and information is not relayed correctly amongst them, let alone Dr Wallace. Information is always misconstrued and or changed. Run… don’t walk.
Been coming for skin cancer issues for yrs. Veterans are excepted here. Dr Wallace is awesome and Elsie is also great.
