I have had multiple surgeries and procedures they take great care and I drive an hour to get there.
It take weeks for an appt, even as an established patient, if you can get someone on the phone. Even then, the lobby wait past appt averages hours at times. Voicemails are never returned. All the staff on all levels appears to be extremely stressed and always running behind, have been a patient for years but will not return due to multiple other issues. I found another local dermatologist whom offers next day appts if needed for issues instead of having to spend 1000s at ER if cannot wait 3 weeks.
I visited to connect with local businesses near my new residence and to learn more about the services offered. Unfortunately, the staff was not inviting and ignored my request for information. I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome.
Amazing staff and Dr Freeman is so wonderful. He spends his time going over everything with you and is very thorough in his exam. I've been to other dermatologists and felt looked over but not here. He caught and treated moles my other Dr missed. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Well trained and they remember me and details about me whenever I visit even after some time has passed. I feel welcome! Great practice!
Bad customer service, they don't care about patience, no management at all.
