This doctor didn’t know anything about my skin issues. He said try this cream and if doesn’t help maybe try this cream. And then came the bill of course while no help was provided. And it was a little creepy how he had male assistant behind close door to do full body assessment on the female only wearing a gown. I deff felt uncomfortable. At some point he made a joke and touched my shin as a joke. I was only wearing a gown when he did that, felt vulnerable and just couldn’t wait for this creepy assessment to be done.
This entire office is top notch. From the receptionist to the medical assistants and especially Dr Fong. I feel seen and heard, never rushed. I feel grateful and fortunate that these people are part of my care team.
