Awful lawyer. Closed on my house. Asked him one simple question - once this transaction is signed do I have any obligations to this property in the future? We were leaving the state so could not afford any issues. He assured me ‘no’ but failed to inform me of an open order of conditions! So I spent an additional $10,000 to correct this and countless trips back to Dracut. I would avoid if possible.
