Great Nurse, but a Very Disappointing Doctor The nurse was really good. She was attentive, thorough, and asked me all the necessary questions. However, I’m not sure how much of the information she gathered was actually communicated to the doctor. The doctor, on the other hand, was extremely inattentive. Do not use this doctor!!!
I recently received a 60-unit LetyBo treatment at Dr. Michael Duffy’s office, and the experience was highly unprofessional with unacceptable cosmetic results. Having received these treatments for over two decades, I was shocked by the complete deviation from standard medical protocols.The office failed to take baseline photos or use a marking pencil to map my facial muscles. I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Duffy and Elaine today! I received Dysport, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The clinic is beautiful, welcoming, and extremely professional. Dr. Duffy is knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the treatment.
