I never understood the purpose of chiropractors before I had an acute episode of BPPV (Vertigo). After seeing my ENT who diagnosed it but had no 'cures' per se, I was recommended to see Dr Cindrich. He and Jessica literally fixed me. I cannot fully describe how their sacral specialty works but in essence, they create space inside the head, neck, jaw, brain and allowed for the physical problem to resolve itself in 3 visits.
