I was there for hip joint pain. I have seen him before for other hip bursitis and another type of pain. I have found him professional and willing to explain my problem and answer questions.
Had knee replacement with Dr. Archibeck almost 4 years ago and would not hesitate to recommend him. He listened and supported and has a great medical team and the best run office and staff I’ve experienced. I now have to have the other knee replaced, put off too long, but plan to have Dr. Archibeck do that knee as well.
I had knee replacement done and I’d Never do it again.So much pain that couldn’t be managed. The anesthetist and the anesthesiologist couldn’t get my leg numb, but they did the surgery anyway.Therefore I had setbacks on recovery. He doesn’t have any bedside manner. My scar is nasty and ugly, he told me I could have plastic surgery on the scar.
I am 14 months out from TKR and I am extremely happy with my outcome! Dr. Archibeck and his PA, Dean Showalter were fantastic throughout the process. I will need the other knee done in the future and I know I will go to Dr. Archibeck again! His whole team is great! Chris Demas
When calling about my symptoms I was told I needed to come in!!! It is a 280 mile round trip and he spent 5 minutes with me with NO resolutions. VERY disappointing!
I have had the honor to use the excellent skills of many Doctors in this location. Dr. Archibeck is one of those surgeons I am humbled by and thankful for. He's kept me out of knee replacement surgery using non invasive options. When I visited with him today he still had other options besides surgery. I enjoy the less aggressive approach because I've just completed 4 back surgeries. He's Ivy League, knows the human body exceptionally well and always has a smile. Very high caliber. None better!
Dr. Archibeck is a very caring surgeon. My knees, each done separately, are in excellent shape..The iIntial consultation was clear about what to expect. The follow up exams were very helpful. .His staff is vary caring also. I recommend him totally without reservation!
Dr Archibeck and staff are a great choice for a hip replacement. Incision is clean and straight and healed perfectly. I had minimal pain and problems in rehab. Surgery was completed in under an hour, Recovery has been uneventful with extensive rehab. Showalter PA is a pleasure to have follow up with.
