Dr. Ibach performed my colonoscopy, and was about an hour late. I had not eaten in over 24 hours and had to watch as chick Fila, jimmyjohns were brought in after I complained the next 3 lunch orders were brought in white bags. After being taken back I was told insurance may not cover a procedure and no one asked how I felt or what was wrong only, finally Dr. Ibach did. Dr. Ibach has been seeing me for years as colon cancer runs in my family. He is kind, courteous, thorough--a true professional. I trust him completely.
Dr Ibach was unresponsive to complications and side effects I was suffering. I can't begin to describe the pain and change in lifestyle this drug caused and yet he continued to insist it wasn't related to the drug. At my appointment it was obvious he had not bothered to research the drug, I watched him look it up on the PDR on his phone, I had been calling his nurse with issues and even went to 2 specialist and had painful test and he couldn't take 5 min and research it. I changed doctors.
