Michael is a Rock Star, I live out of the area and he handled every single part of the transaction (in my absence) like a pro. He found and coordinated, painters and landscapers, cleaning people and even staged the house. All parts of the sale were handled quickly and professionally and all the paperwork was smooth and efficient. He said what he could do, and he did what he said.
