The doctor and his resident were very kind he explained everything in detail to me about my surgery a lovely kind bed side manner. The nurses that explained my pre-op instructions were very thorough and also very kind the over all experience was excellent and reassuring.
I had very little time between a diagnosis and surgery. From the first appointment, Dr. Horaist very thoroughly explained what would happen during surgery. Informed me of all risks and possibilities and explained the chances of each occurring. It eased my anxiety around the procedure. Post opp follow ups were all the same. I felt well informed, all questions were answered, and the process was much less stressful than it could have been.
