Mike and Tara are the best!!! They always when the extra mile with us, literally. We saw houses all over from NY to Connecticut looking for the best fit. No matter how many houses we wanted to see Mike always make it work bringing a smile and positive energy along . It took us some time to find a house in this crazy market but we couldn’t had wish for better realtors to do it with. We definitely recommend and wish to work with them again.
Mike did a great job as my buying agent. Took the time to go with me to multiple homes, submitted multiple offers until we got the right deal and went out of his way to work around my schedule to do it all. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions and he had the answers. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking buy or sell a home.
Mike helped me find a great rental apartment that totally fit my needs, and he did so in a relatively short period of time, greatly reducing my stress. He was helpful and not at all pressured or pushy. Paperwork went through easily.
Mike has been my realtor for over 6 years, I have bought a few family properties with his guidance as investments. Last year, after I finished renovation the one in Tarrytown, NY, he was able to rent 3 units, at great prices in a matter of 1 day. I have been searching with Mike for others as we speak. In March 2019, Mike rightfully talked me out of an property I was interested in because it had a buried oil tank, probably saving me tons of money and nightmares.
