This was our second trip to Michael Hohl dealership for service to our vehicle (recall). We were treated with respect, courtesy, and had quality service to our vehicle. Chris helped us the first time and second. We cannot say enough positive things about him and the dealership. Very happy with the service received and the whole dealership.
Pressured service sales. They are dishonest. Would not recommend even a handshake. Mark is the worst. Stay away.
Great experience buying our new truck. Charles made it easy.
Had to go back into the dealership multiple times because they forgot things that were needed at time of signing. Traded my car, said deal would be final by my payment date. Deal wasn't finalized until 7 days after my payment date on my trade in. Sent the payoff check to the wrong bank. Going on 20 days with a "late payment" on my trade in. Salesmen were nice, however overall awful experience.
Although I had to wait in the bay a bit, I had a great experience with Chris Hawes, Service Consultant. Very friendly; told me my car would be done in around 1.5 hours and it was less than an hour. Appreciated that on a very busy Saturday for me. Thank you Michael Hohl Chevrolet, Carson City !! ��
