BEWARE Yesterday i had an emergency and was trying to see DrHogan, who was in the office. I was told by the staff that he will not see me. When i asked to talk to the doctor so i could talk to him in person, I never got called back. I don’t believe that Dr. Hogan is aware that his staff is negligent and making serious mistakes and decisions without his knowledge. I was a patient of Dr Hogan since he opened his office and never had complaints about him. His staff on the other hand is quite the opposite. What a shame.
My family neglects to inform of the mistreatment by this office. We have been patients of Dr. Hogan for several years. After his office expanded and new doctors came on board, Dr. Hogan personally assured me that although he would mostly be doing major procedures, he would continue seeing my kids, husband and I. This is the only dentist I have been to that actually cleans teeth correct and very very well. Only minor negative is, the sunglasses I received to put on my eyes today were a bit dirty as if it wasn't cleaned before being given to me (I have really sensitive eyes, hence why I noticed.. but most ppl probably wont be too picky with this very minor issue).
