They did not send adequate documentation to insurance to be pre-authorized for injections. They have not been returning voicemails. I am going to have to start from scratch with another doctor.
Had double knee replacement. Simply amazing! Would recommend to anyone.
Dr Hoffman replaced my hips and knees, there is not a better doctor for these surgeries in UT. I drive 7 hours to seek his care when needed. TOTALLY worth the drive. After my last knee replacement, I went back to work within 2 weeks. He is a consummate professional and doctor who cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
My husband saw Dr Hoffman for two hip surgerys, and he got weaker and weaker. Even after a couple months he still couldn't walk. He went on life flight to ICU, and after two weeks he died. His body just couldn't handle the pain, the surgery wore him down. his heart was too weak. Mrs. Mccree.
Thanks Dr Hoffman for my new knee Im playing pickleball and feeling great. Caint wait to get my next knee done. Keep up the good work. Youre the best I will recomend my friends to you thanks again.
