First visit today with Dr Hoeh and very impressed!!. Staff so friendly and helpful. Dr Hoeh answered all my questions without me feeling like he was rushed..So knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend Dr Hoeh and this practice!!
Dr Hoeh is an amazing doctor, provides the utmost of care. I highly recommend 100%. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and really prides himself on providing the best in care. His entire team are fantastic, go above and beyond in every aspect of care attention.
Extremely insensitive. Did not want to be bothered with explaining procedure to family of 80 year old patient with cognitive deficits.. Staff lied to the doctor and said we did not request to be present when procedure was complete. Conversation was shut down and we were told to move past the event. Monumentally disappointed in this office and staff.
The Doctor is wonderful, however the process to be called back or speak to a Nurse is not, they are poorly staffed.
