Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t do Google reviews, but I had to make an exception for Mr. Michael Hippchen. We had a great experience with Michael. We had no idea we were getting into a competitive search for a home, with houses in the area selling in just 2-3 days, many before we could make the viewing appointment or one while in the listed house less than 48 hours after posted! We enjoyed working with Michael as first time home buyers. He knows the Richmond area and seems to have good relations with the other realtors. He was highly available even though we work nights and were occasionally sending things at odd hours. The house we ended up going with was actually one that I had seen online and discounted and he brought us back to. I would use him again if we ever have to move, which hopefully won't be for a long time.
