We enjoyed working with Michael as first time home buyers. He knows the Richmond area and seems to have good relations with the other realtors. He was highly available even though we work nights and were occasionally sending things at odd hours. The house we ended up going with was actually one that I had seen online and discounted and he brought us back to. I would use him again if we ever have to move, which hopefully won't be for a long time.

Michael Hippchen was our realtor during our very difficult house purchase. What should have been a straight forward sale was dragged out for three months from contract ratification to closing. The house was being sold through a national home sale company based in Arizona that we had never heard of and Michael had never dealt with. Immediately, we realized the difficulty of dealing with a remote corporate entity. The company would only communicate with Michael and would not share information with us, the buyers.
