I never write a review but the service today really stuck me. The store manager and staff had a terrible attitude. If they don’t enjoy helping customers, maybe they should consider a different line of work.
We had a very lovely experience at Michael Hill! Our salesperson, Manmeet, was an absolute gem! She was very welcoming, and transparent with the whole process. She ensured we got the most value for what we were looking for and made our entire time there a treat. We would certainly recommend Michael Hill to any couples or individuals looking for well-crafted jewelry paired with a charismatic environment.
Terrible experience. Went in to discuss options. The salesman scoffed at our budget and instead of showing us items within our budget went way over. Tripling our budget then doing us "a favor" by knocking the price down but it was still way over our budget. If you didn't want us as customers there's a better way to go about it.
We were not planning on going jewelry shopping today but something caught our eye and with manmeet’s amazing service it was a no brainer! She even helped us out past closing! Thank you and we’re very happy with the purchase!
Awesome place, reasonable prices, but most importantly the best customer service you will get from any jeweller! I went to lots of different places for wedding bands and Manmeet went significantly above and beyond to help accommodate my requests! Will certainly be back! Shoutout to the other team members, also very friendly and helpful! Shout out to AP the assistant manager and Roya the manager as well!! Thank you again everyone!!! 🤝
