I have no issue with the quality or value of the products at this store, my main concern is that of the staff. A few weeks ago I shopped here, in need of an anniversary present, and I was completely ignored by all 3 staff who were standing behind the desks doing nothing, even when I tried to get their attention! Instead, they went after older, or richer looking clientele. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Zahara for her great customer service today. I was getting a gift for my partners birthday and wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted to get,, Zahara and her co worker found exactly what I was looking for, so thank you to Zahara and team!
Lady who served us today to purchase earrings was fantastic - very friendly and helpful.
I have been to multiple Michael Hill stores as well as shopped online, all the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Ive always felt welcome. The jewellery is beautifully made and has been reasonably priced. I love all of my pieces and have continued to by the majority of my jewellery from Michael hill because of their quality and customer service.
