Came here for a repair the other week and the staff were all super kind and friendly. At one point I even forgot I came in for a repair, I almost left with a purchase lol. The customer service here is incredible super down to earth type of people. I know exactly which location to go to next time incase I need a repair again.
Wish I could post a more negative star review. This location was awful, I bought a chain and pendant from their store and i didn’t notice when I fist bought it( no one presented it to me properly) that it was damaged till the next day and showed another location since they were closer (in less then 48 hours) but they advised me that I should go back to the same location I bought it from to get a refund so I went there and they said “we would never sell a product in this condition” and refused to give me my money back but off... read more
Awesome experience provided by Cindi early Saturday evening. My son was looking for a necklace for his Fiancé and Cindi was so gracious in making sure he found something even better than he was looking for :)
Terrible customer service. Both ladies were rude and had an attitude about explaining my warranty to me on my ring. I was a few months late on my cleaning due to my father passing away and well cleaning my ring not being a priority and they voided my warranty and were very rude while explaining so. Won't be returning to this location which is unfortunate as this is a place we have purchased from for years.
I was very disappointed with my experience. When I bought the ring, they were very nice and told me I could return it if needed. I only wore it once and realized I did not like it, so I went back to return it. That’s when the experience completely changed. They became rude and claimed the ring was scratched. What frustrated me most was that the worker herself dropped the ring in the store in front of us.
