Shockingly poor customer service, largely due to the store manager. I attended the store well before the advertised closing time, yet the manager and staff member were closing the store. This alone was unprofessional, but the situation worsened when after showing the staff member twice a photo of the exact earrings I wanted to purchase she gave me the incorrect ones. Was stock on view that I was interested in but had checked beforehand. Only one person serving another customer when we were browsing and ready to select. Waited and then another staff came out. Was ok experience but not a shoot the lights out 10

Went in today to return a ring that no longer was required. Was served by Kayla. Was asked approximately 5 times why i am returning the ring, was obvious that they were not too keen on doing a return. The staff member pulled some awful face when i said my partner no longer wanted the ring. Then to do the refund, it took half an hour. Awful service, will not be back.
I bought a ring there, was convinced to purchase care plan for 3 years, cost me $88, can resize and clean anytime. I was in hurry and didnt resize on the same day. When I came back another day to resize, they told me their policy only allows to do 1 size up or 1 size down, which I wasnt advised when I purchased the ring. One size down is not enough, it needs 3 size down to fit my fingure. Wasted $88 for nothing and stuck with an expensive ring that not even fit me.
