TERRIBLE - My wife bought a Black Diamond Sapphire Tungsten Ring for my 50th birthday as a truly special 50th gift. Less than 1 years old, it fell from literally 30cm height and all around the black diamond shattered. Incredible that a rung could shatter like this. My wife went to the shop with a receipt and was told there was nothing that could be done apart from buying a new ring. I would have given negative stars if allowed. I bought earring for daughter. The staff who sold it never told that she will have to take it every night. On first introduction we asked something for a daily permanent wear. In just 6 weeks time the studs of the lock came off, luckily the earring was still on the floor and metal was in the piercing itself. How can that such a strong metal part broke ? These people are the best in everything, true suggestions and treat us like family. Best experience. Unlike the online ring sent from queensland and highpoint, no care plan given.
