I had a very disappointing experience at Michael Hill at Warringah Mall when I went to return a watch that I had purchased online. As soon as I explained that I wanted a refund, both staff members took my watch to the back room and left me waiting for around 7 to 8 minutes with no explanation. Went to look at Jewellery stores at the Mall on a Sunday. Checked opening time before leaving home and it clearly said MH was open from 9-5 on Sundays. Arrived at the mall just after 10am. Store not open but two ladies inside. Walked past to another store and then back again at about 10.15 and still not open. Returned at 10.30 and they were finally open. Im not one to write reviews but when I go into this store every-time, the elderly brunette woman with the glasses and long pink nails looks like she hates her job. Dismissive, rude, poor customer service and said something under breath when asked how long my $3000 ring takes to get inspected. Needs to be reminded that she works there and her name isn’t Michael Hill. By reading the reviews, seems like ongoing thing.
Two ladies with terrible service. So cold and unfriendly. I needed help with ring sizing and she handed me the sizer and would not let me try any actual rings on. Another lady came out and said unless I am buying from them I should not bother sizing with them. They stared at me in silence until I left. Very weird uneasy experience. Don't bother...
