Two ladies with terrible service. So cold and unfriendly. I needed help with ring sizing and she handed me the sizer and would not let me try any actual rings on. Another lady came out and said unless I am buying from them I should not bother sizing with them. They stared at me in silence until I left. Very weird uneasy experience. Don't bother...
Awful customer service. Really disappointing experience.
Great shopping experience. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Warranty and cleaning service is novel as I have never seen this with Prouds and other jewellery outlets.
Website said shop had stock of earrings I wanted, drove down to buy with cash and no stock. Asked when stock would be in - later today, so I asked to pay for it while I was there but refused because there’s no stock. Website says there is stock - doesn’t update in real time apparently - yet cash register is aware no stock so can’t pay for it in advance before it comes in. Visited this store last week on Saturday, was interested in purchasing gold and silver bracelets/ jewellery but the staff here was quite cold; two ladies behind the counter one Indian and one Italian started laughing at me when I told them I’d come back in 15 min after checking the neghoubring jewellery shop… they dealt unprofessionally and had 0 experience on customer service… HR or corporate if you read this review you need to hire better staff which don’t sit behind the counter getting paid to chit chat, paint nails and g... read more
