Awful customer service. Low grade watches. Purchased watch and got moist inside within a month.
I was sold earrings and not informed on the ‘no return or exchange policy upon purchase, and wasn’t informed until I tried to return them a few days following purchase. Earrings had not been worn or even tried. Would have been happy to use store credit or exchange with a different item but they couldn’t do that either. The staff showed great product knowledge and showed me items that would compliment the bracelet that I purchased. They were extremely charismatic and made me feel relaxed with the daunting task of buying my missus jewellery
It was a very pleasant experience and our needs were exceeded. It did not feel like a sales pitch, more a genuine interaction with a friend helping me pick a gift
Got a set of earing for the wifey here, girls really looked after me by holding onto a set of diamond and saphire until i could come in and pick them up. Good price too.
