During the stress of Christmas, I rushed into this store to purchase a box as the gift I ruined the previous box the Jewellery came in. The store ran out of boxes due to the time of year however, Anissa went out the back and saved the day. Anissa found me a dust bag to use free of charge. I purchased a necklace from Jess. I asked if the necklace was solid on three separate occasions to which she assured me it was. Once I got it home and unboxed i noticed it felt very light compared to a solid one I had at home I then went onto the website and discovered the necklace was hollow. I was very disappointed after spending over $2000 on a hollow necklace which I was assured was solid. The staff at MH Tuggerah are absolutely fantastic!! There knowledge of the products is impeccable, they get to know what you like, offer a variety of products, stay within your price range and a patient whilst you try and choose.
