Always have loved Michael Hill jewellery and the service that I get when I go to any store. I choose MH because I feel like the team are just as excited about why we are buying like our wedding rings or bday presents and genuinely are interested in helping us find the pieces that will be a part of our memories ❤️
I would recommend to see Uma as she was lovely and helpful! Do wish they had the full range of wedding bands/engagement rings that they do online however :)

Talk about judging a book by its cover. Walked into Micheal Hill stocklands only to be greeted with a stare and no hello. They didn't even move an inch from where they were standing to ask if I needed assistance. Not an interest in serving me whatsoever. Little did they know the hands in my pockets had 5 Michael Hill diamond rings I needed to leave for the warranty servicing. With that kind of treatment I wouldn't trust them with anything.
