Amanda is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in customer service. The worst manners, wasn’t interested in helping me. Never will I buy anything from this store.
Bad overall
If i can give a negative star i will rate it as such. I was given the wrong engagement ring so it ruined my plans. I can say they played our emotions from this error. While talking to them, they just say sorry but they are really not. For the refund process, i was confidently told that it will take only a week and I'll get refunded. More than 4weeks now and no refund yet. Doesn't not respond well to questions. Will not recommend to anyone. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Really a bad experience. It should be a memorable engagement and wedding for my husband and I, but it was all ruined. :(
I would love to say a big thankyou to the Tamworth team at Michael Hill, specifically Lilly. I online ordered a very pretty necklace for a friend's birthday, and not only did they have this delivered within 2-3 days but Lilly also hand wrote the nicest card, they really went above and beyond with this delivery. I am beyond happy with my purchase!💗
