Had a lovely shopping experience at Michael Hill in St. Vital shopping centre. Didar Tilako was so friendly, helpful and took the time to answer questions and show affordable gift options. Had a great sense of humour too! Highly recommend.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We purchased a ring for wedding over $200. At the time of purchase, the employees clearly told us that resizing the ring would cost $30. However, three weeks later, they contacted us and told us that the resizing would actually cost $145. As a result, the ring ended up costing us over $400 in total, which is absolutely not what we were told when we made the purchase. If I could I give 0 I would I bought a ring paid more than the price of the ring to have it resized which the price changed constantly then the ring was shipped in a plastic Ziploc bag then they told ring could not be returned because it was resized and I'm sure it will tarnish save your money even dollarama has better customer service than this place like I could have bought a 20$ ring from Amazon and it would have been better PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
product is nice but staff is atrocious to deal with. attempted to get my ring fixed under warranty and they replaced the pearl with what looked like a silver metal ball too big for the ring. requested for a new one and after 2 months finally got an answer, communication was little to none during this process and the ring still isn’t the same. disappointed but lesson learned not to shop here again
