The service from staff has always been lovely and welcoming as it can be intimidating sometimes to go in a nice store and try on peices and I always feel comfortable in one of your stores.I already own a few peices from your brand and they are amazing quality, I love the shade of gold you use and the new design releases in the last few years have made my wishlist just keep on growing!
Water to buy a white gold necklace to my partner and wanted to get the closest criteria measurements I could to the one I needed, I got the absolutely Worst customer service on the phone, spoken to Miha, she was just so rude and keep saying at any of my questions “this is what I have just said to you”! Definitely not my loyal jewellery place where to buy presents! Thanks Miha.
