I was looking for a ring for my 40th birthday present from my sister. The staff were all very pleasant, I was particularly very happy with the service from Marijke, she took note of our budget and gave me many options until I found the perfect one. Went here to find a ring, thankfully the shop had one in stock but it was slightly too small and the stock item had wear marks on it. The shop said they would order a new one with the correct size but would not match the Michael Hill online price, so I ordered the ring from the online store instead. The new ring arrived with ugly black marks on the finish, I returned the ring to the store to have it repaired under warranty.
