I have had an incredibly wonderful experience whilst shopping at Michael Hill Roselands. The two staff there, Theo and Amna, were beyond knowledgeable in how a client’s mind works, knowing our likes/dislikes and everything in-between. I visited the Michael Hill store in Roselands and had a very disappointing experience. The manager told me their system was down and that they couldn’t help with my return. I even said I was willing to wait, but she responded that it might take “1–2–3 hours” and that they had no idea when it would come back. It felt very clear that she was simply avoiding helping me rather than giving genuine assistance.
