Very nice staff!
I went in store today and bought a pair of earrings for my daughter’s birthday. I had THE BEST customer service from Melia. She was friendly, knowledgeable and went to huge efforts to help me today. When I informed Melia about my daughter’s school jewellery policy, she had several suggestions which were all very suitable. She was patient, professional and not pushy at all. The store had quality products, however it was the customer service which made the sale today!
I had an awful experience with Michael Hill Jewellery and I will never shop there again. I purchased the Cultured Freshwater Pearl Drop Huggie Hoop Earrings and Pendant Necklace Set in Sterling Silver in July last year. It is now only January and the pearl has already fallen off both of the earrings. I initially went to Wallace Bishop by mistake, thinking it was from there. Andy at the Robina Michael Hill was the most helpful, patient and attentive person I have ever encountered at a jewellery store. He helped us out with a really tricky situation with a necklace we bought and I cannot thank him enough! An amazing asset to the company
Amazing service and friendly staff. Was served by Nikki who was very helpful and friendly, had a ring professionally cleaned and came up sparkling like new again. Highly recommend !
