I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Michael Hill. Last summer, my husband bought me a beautiful tennis bracelet. I had it professionally fitted through the store and it was sent away for adjustment. After wearing it for just one day, the clasp failed, the bracelet fell off, and I never found it. When I contacted the store, the staff were rude on the phone, accepted no responsibility for what happened, and showed no concern about the fact that I had lost the bracelet due to what was clearly a product failure. Really great employees here. My wife & I went in with our tired 2 & 4 year old kids looking to get some help with my watch tonight. The two women working were very friendly and helpful. They gave our kids biscuits which made them happy, and didn’t even charge me for helping with my watch. We will definitely be back!
