UPDATE: As my concerns remained unresolved after posting this review, I contacted Michael Hill customer service directly in an attempt to seek a resolution. I initially reached out on June 3 and was advised that responses typically take 1–2 days. Instead, I received no meaningful update and had to follow up twice myself. Best jeweller in all of pickering. Sonia was the absolute best jeweller in the world. She was so kind, didn't give me any issues at all and welcomed us into the store.

I purchased my wedding bands from Michael Hill Pickering, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. My wedding band contains diamonds, and despite minimal wear over only two years, I have lost two diamonds on separate occasions. The first diamond fell out within the first six months of ownership. I brought the ring in for repair at that time and specifically asked staff to ensure the remaining claws/settings were checked and tightened to prevent this from happening again. Had a really great experience here, my mother purchased a gift for me that I was unable to exchange until four months later. I went in nervous, but politely asked if they could do a straight exchange for another item, and I was willing to pay more. The store attendant was incredibly accommodating and helped me find the perfect pearl earrings for me! Thank you!

Came in to return a necklace I had purchased online and was immediately met with attitude. I told the lady working that I would like to make a return and I guess I was a bit slow opening the box to show her the items. She just stood there and said “Okay well what am I supposed to do with this?” I apologized and said “Oh I’m sorry let me open it”. She took out the items, looked at them and did the return.
