Had a really great experience here, my mother purchased a gift for me that I was unable to exchange until four months later. I went in nervous, but politely asked if they could do a straight exchange for another item, and I was willing to pay more. The store attendant was incredibly accommodating and helped me find the perfect pearl earrings for me! Thank you!
Came in to return a necklace I had purchased online and was immediately met with attitude. I told the lady working that I would like to make a return and I guess I was a bit slow opening the box to show her the items. She just stood there and said “Okay well what am I supposed to do with this?” I apologized and said “Oh I’m sorry let me open it”. She took out the items, looked at them and did the return. Worst and rude staff. Takes forever to help
Olivia (manager) and Brenda were amazing! Though we were just window shopping, the care and professionalism we received from them both made us go for the chain we liked. Very happy and we will be going back.

Matthew provided excellent customer service—he patiently showed us a variety of options and took the extra step of consulting with his manager to offer us the best possible price.
