Extremely unhelpful and arrogant attitude from the woman at the front who turned up her nose when I requested for other designs in the similar price range which I had selected online but was out of stock at their store. It’s as if she owned the brand and was looking down on the public from an elite pedestal. Pathetic.
Marian provided exceptional service during my visit. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive while helping me choose the perfect ring. She took the time to explain the details clearly and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm approach truly stood out. I couldn’t be happier with both the ring and the service.
Incredible experience in this store. It seems like the team and management has changed? The service is much better, the store layout and stock is great. Whatever has happened, keep it up! Big thank you to Mei for all your help!
