I had a quote for a very small gold chain replacement. Their quote was $560.00. I checked with two competitors close by. Both said $280.00. Obviously I chose a competitor. The replacement chain is perfect. My advice is to shop around for quotes.

I recently visited Michael Hill Jewellers at Pacific Fair. I have to say the girls in there were all so delightful with such warm, kind energy. Kathie offered the most amazing service and help. I could tell she really cared and was so knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed in any way to make a decision, and they weren’t trying to upsell. She gave good, honest service, and I am so happy with what I walked away with. Thank you to the entire team. I will definitely be back and telling all my friends and family.

Always love shopping at Pacific Fair Michael Hill. The service by all the girls is amazing and Cherie (I believe she is the manager) always goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend.
