I had 2 diamond rings valued and the clasp on my gold and Jade bracelet replaced. I don't know why the diamond rings have to go to Melbourne to be valued and why the bracelet had to go to Brisbane to have a new clasp. I'm sure there is a reason. However, very happy with the result and Kathy was so friendly and helpful. She is an asset to the Pacific Fair store.
Outstanding customer service!! I recently had my bracelet repaired at this store and any interaction I had with any of the staff there was so extremely pleasant. They were also helpful and accommodating and it was such a Pleasurable experience all the staff members here Deserve some well-deserved praise!! Thank you again, team ☺️

I went to MH Pacific Fair as it was the nearest suggested to me by customer service support as I needed to repair my earring's broken butterfly back. This mature blonde lady wasn't eager to provide quality service as she insisted to get it checked to other MH stores as they don't have it or also she doesn't want it to be repaired. Making it very inconvenient for me to travel far.
