Was in a few months ago to buy my mum a present and told the lady what I was looking for, she comes over with a sale item for $22 with a heart on it and says they also have a star one also on sale. She didn't ask my budget and immediately assumed I would want to buy my mother cheap sale jewellery for Christmas. The employee seemed annoyed by me not being pleased with her suggestions and walked away to help a someone else. Just because someone is young doesn't mean't mean they can't afford jewellery not from sale.
I attended the pacific fair Michael Hill store today and was served by Kathie and Cherie they were so amazing and so helpful and kind and really helped me choose the right gift for my partner. They really took their time to help me and they made me feel like they really valued my time and their customer service was honestly just faultless. I would highly recommend attending this store if you’re wanting to choose the right piece of jewellery for anyone you care about. Their products are so high quality also.
