I had the best experience of buying jewelry here. Happy - the store manager is the most patient and empathetic person, who not only went above & beyond to help us but made it a very wholesome experience. Will definitely be coming back to buy our wedding bands.

I had the pleasure of visiting the new Michael Hill at Pacific Centre and was helped by Sheila. She was incredibly patient, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, and took her time showing me all the options for a pair of earrings I’ve been wanting. I ended up choosing a cute pair of 10k gold earrings with cubic zirconia detailing. They’re so dainty and beautiful and I absolutely love them! Thank you to Sheila and her wonderful team!! ♥️
If I Could give them more stars I would! I went in there not knowing anything and came out with more then I can afford. All I said is I've got no clue on anything looking for some earring and a necklace. Shelia went above and beyond to make me comfortable, she listened to me and guided me through everything. the whole team in there is amazing. Thanks to Shelia I've got amazing earrings and necklaces to last me a life time. there jewellery is very high quality and amazing. 10000000% would recommend!
