Silky was amazing! She was warm, polite, professional, and made the whole experience delightful. I had just gone in for my diamond warranty check in, but ended up walking away with stunning diamond earrings, and necklace. Plus she gave me additional ideas to plan for Christmas gifts. Even though I have two Michael Hills significantly closer by, I cherish going to that one because of the service. The team is great!
Order a new wedding ring for my husband. It was part of his(our) 40th anniversary and a gift from myself. I knew the ring was too small but was assured he could come in for a fitting. Let's just say the service was ZERO! They are not even interested in service once you have purchased from them. Worst experience EVER! I will never step back into that store or any other Michael Hill store ever again!!! If I could give a lower review I would!
