I had an absolute wonderful experience here. The two lovely ladies who helped me find my heart necklace were so kind . At first they weren’t sure if they had any but one of the ladies made it her mission to find the only one in the store. Even signed me up for the membership and helped put it on me. We’re out of town and I took a chance coming here but I’m so glad I did I wish I caught their names, but those ladies felt like my friends by the end of it, thank you again for making my experience wonderful:)
Kim was an absolute gem!!. I was disappointed that I couldn’t find a matching ring to go with my current stack because the day before I spent almost an hour looking for one at a different store. But Kim saved the day. She helped me browse through many rings and even suggested what might go with it. And finally she found me the perfect ring. So happy with her customer service and she was a joy to interact with. Can’t wait to see the ring in a couple of weeks !
I should have got the ladies name, she was a blonde woman who speaks german, she is the epitome of fantastic customer service at the sudbury shopping centre. She is very friendly, warm, welcoming, knowledgable and got us the exact thing we had in mind. Thank you kind lady!!!!!!
Highly recommend this location because of Marsha! Excellent customer service! She's welcoming, kind, and knows so much about each product! She fixed my chain clasp within 5 minutes!
I received a bracelet from your Jeweller at your Sudbury location as a Christmas present, in 2023. A month afterwards, the bracelet fell apart. I visited the Kingston location in January of 2024 to get a replacement, as I live 5 hours away from the closest Michael Hills, and happened to be on vacation somewhere that had a store. They advised me at the time that the bracelet would be covered as it was manufacturers defect - they advised they had none in stock and would not be able to get one before I left nor ship it to me.
