My engagement ring was purchased from Michael Hill Mt Ommaney QLD and on their life time care plan $500+ to purchase the plan which included cleaning etc. I went in to get my engagement ring cleaned and they require you to leave it there. When I came back they opened the envelope it was in in-front of me and the ring had been resized to I kid you not the size of a key ring which was never apart of the cleaning process. Jason and Nigen are the best! Honestly can’t say enough good things about Michael Hill. Quality jewellery, and Jason is always happy to indulge me - even if I’m not buying! I’m becoming quite the regular, and he always has such good suggestions and styling tips for my collection of jewels. These guys are happy, friendly, and always willing to do a deal. Amazing service from the team, having viewed a product last night online. They kept it aside. Supriya Sharma had the ring ready when I arrived.
