disappointed with not only this locations customer service but also the jewellery itself. had countless issues with jewellery from here that was gifted to me it’s the only reason i go here… the staff always have an attitude and make it seem as though it’s an inconvenience to serve customers. seems like im not the only person who’s unhappy with their behaviour.
every piece of jewellery i’ve purchased from here has broken. was offered unhelpful advice after spending hundreds of dollars. devastated to say the least. won’t purchase from here in the future unfortunately as it’s just not worth it.
Very unsatisfied with the quality of jewellery from Michael Hill, and even more so with the unfriendly staff at the Morayfield store. My husband purchased a necklace set with the matching earrings as a Xmas present. After just 2 weeks of wearing the earrings the butterfly backs became loose. One earring was lost, and as I went to examine the other, it broke apart in my hands.
