I was a little disappointed with the young sales lady I worked with. She did say that she was new so i'm more so giving constructive criticism. I was looking at gold Cuban link bracelets. I asked the price and she told me but then said "if you can't afford it, financing is available". There is a much better way of wording that statement. Ultimately, I did not purchase.
Do not buy the warranty, my ring is falling apart and they will not fix it.
Do not waste your money on a warranty program at Michael Hill. They did not repair my ring, said I should have found the missing part that fell off and that my ring was discontinued.
I had a great experience with Jacqueline extremely knowledgeable professional and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated how she took the time to show me different options, patiently going back and forth, checking details, and explaining everything thoroughly. Her wealth of knowledge made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her!
