Horrible Service. The guy working at Michael hill was unprofessional and did not make it upto mark. I went to buy a ring. The guy was vigorous for sale and didn’t have knowledge of the product. I would rather prefer buying from any other store than this. It is a recommendation to everyone that if you go there, avoid buying from him.
Pearl fell out of ring after 4 months.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Arti while choosing a bracelet. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to show me various options that matched my style and preferences. Her recommendations were spot on, and I felt no pressure to rush my decision. I ended up with a beautiful bracelet that I absolutely love!

Today was our first time visiting this store and, our overall experience was amazing because of Aarti, she’s so nice and she patiently listened to what we wanna buy and she showed us the best collection and I really appreciate that.
