Today was our first time visiting this store and, our overall experience was amazing because of Aarti, she’s so nice and she patiently listened to what we wanna buy and she showed us the best collection and I really appreciate that. Gonna visit again for sure because of her outstanding customer service.
Horrible customer service. Went it to get a clasp fixed and was told it was my fault because my hair got caught in it and “broke it”. There is a one year warranty and I have only had the necklace for 2 months, but since it is my hairs fault they won’t fix it. Seems rather odd that a thin piece of hair can break an $800 piece of jewelry. The lady at the desk was incredibly rude and was no help, just kept repeating I need to buy a care plan. Bad quality jewelry, bad quality service.
I never leave a review but I feel like I have to warn people who have a Micheal Hill watch. So like I said, I have a Micheal Hill watch and went into the store to get a battery. They said “they do not do them here and would have to send it away.” “No problem” I said. I sent it away Jan 19th, 2024 and got it back three weeks later, all good. But then the beginning of April the battery stopped working. I called Micheal Hill to see if they warrant their work but because they sent it away, they don’t. Worst jewelry store in Sask, stay away!!! Spent over 5 grand for a wedding ring that can not stay together, diamonds have fell out 3 times in less than a year, poor quality compared to our other jewelry. Have life time warranty but many asterisks in fine print than wont help you after you have to constantly repair it. Staff and service is very slow, hard to understand, non-helpful, and offer no signs of even trying to help a customer in need.
