Do not waste your money on a warranty program at Michael Hill. They did not repair my ring, said I should have found the missing part that fell off and that my ring was discontinued.
I had a great experience with Jacqueline extremely knowledgeable professional and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated how she took the time to show me different options, patiently going back and forth, checking details, and explaining everything thoroughly. Her wealth of knowledge made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her!
My fiancé and I received exceptional service from Zaza today. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. We enjoyed picking out our wedding bands and never felt rushed. Furthermore, I had a concern about my engagement ring, which she was able to address promptly and professionally. Zaza made us feel valued and went above and beyond.
I have visited this store a few times before and had good experiences, but today was very disappointing. I purchased a single earring (not a pair) and later decided to return it. I could not return it on the same day because I didn’t have my card with me, so I took it home. I never opened the package or wore the earring at any time. Went here looking for a Christmas gift and store manager was extremely helpful. I wanted to order on Black Friday sale but online the website said the ring was completely sold out. The manager immediately helped me when I walked into the store and although they didn't have the correct size at this location she called all other locations and found the ring that I was needing in stock at another store.
