I had the best experience shopping at Michael Hill! Arti and Shweta are absolutely amazing managers — so friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for. Their product knowledge and warm personalities made my visit so enjoyable.

Terrible quality and customer service. The “10k gold” band on my husbands ring cracked in half and fell off after less than a years wear. We were told titanium rings cannot be repaired although it’s the gold band that cracked and fell off. Offered no options for repair or replacement and had the employee agree with us that the ring in under 10 months is essentially garbage.

Horrible Service. The guy working at Michael hill was unprofessional and did not make it upto mark. I went to buy a ring. The guy was vigorous for sale and didn’t have knowledge of the product. I would rather prefer buying from any other store than this. It is a recommendation to everyone that if you go there, avoid buying from him.
