Was in at this location yesterday and I'll be honest was little underdressed for a jewelry store but it is what it is, walked in and go greated by Scott who is a sales guy there and yknow when you look at someone you can tell if they judge you or not by your looks, well Scott didn't do any judging whatsoever and long story short ended up being very very helpful and was awesome to deal with! This location is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I placed an online order and received a ready confirmation email. I went to the store the next day and was dismissed by the assistant manager Angela. She was rude and only cared about a couple browsing who was clearly not buying anything. The store manager told me to order is not ready (although an email confirmation previously came through) and they could not give me the same item which was in the display case bc the order was “on hold”.
