I was there today for my Birthday treat to myself with my Mom. Daniel C was very patient and helpful with showing me things as I was indecisive. I appreciate the friendly service given by him and also that Zahra was also friendly. It's the energy you want when you are spending time and money anywhere. My ring is beautiful and I am thankful, but the experience I had with the associate was not. I had 3 babies in 4 years and my rings (one was an heirloom and the other from this store) did not fit. I went in to get a quote for resizing 2 years ago and was told it would be $300, so I saved up and went in to get it done. I was then told that not only was it "impossible" to go up that much without destroying the rings, but if they DID, it would be "$1500-$2000". I was told I should just buy a new ring. The staff here are always very friendly!! I took 2 necklaces in to be fixed. Both are in. I just have to pop in to pick them up. I missed their call letting me know they were ready. So, that's on me! Definitely, a great jewelry store!!
