I had a wonderful experience shopping at Michael Hill Loganholme. Madison was an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. I even told her, “I’ll be back,” and went to look at other stores, but I ended up returning to Michael Hill because of her excellent customer service and the beautiful jewellery. The piece I bought for my wife made me very happy, and Madison was a big reason for that. Outstanding service.
tiny gems. barely any designs. they used to have normal sized gems and a variety of designs now it is no design or just dog chain design
My wife purchased a ring from this jeweller and was told that it can be resized forever at no cost. 6 months ago she took the ring to be resized but when she got the ring back all they had done was clean it, it was not resized. She was told that her finger had swollen and was charged $200 for the privilege. Be aware and buy elsewhere!
Went into MHJ and a lovely young lady named Charlise served us. Bubbly, polite and full of knowledge. Thank you so much the earrings are perfect and you made my daughter's and I feel so welcome. All the other staff were happy and polite. They have some gorgeous diamonds in front window, must have a look and for the gentlemen, well they have some really beautiful rings, really quite suburb looking. Thank you for your service 10/10.
Fantastic experience here shopping for my husbands anniversary gift. I always end up purchasing with Michael Hill because the ladies here are always so professional, kind and knowledgeable. I also feel Michael Hill has the best quality and aftercare plans and such elegant pieces to choose from. My husband was very happy with his new watch 😊
